Barn Quilts

l Barn Quilts are bright and bold public art pieces that celebrate agriculture and rural life. Even if you do not know how to sew a quilt, you can create a wonderful piece of quilt art for your home or to give as a unique gift. Laura will guide you through the process from beginning to completion. You select your pattern from several dozen offered or bring your own (instructor will evaluate the difficulty level). You’ll learn how to measure, layout, tape, and paint your own masterpiece! Be sure to wear painting clothes or a smock. Finished size is 2’x2’.

(Bring: 6”x24” ruler, small scissors, large eraser, and blow dryer. Optional – 6” square ruler and a 3”X18” ruler.) Min. 4, max. 12.
